SAUSAGE CUTTING MACHINE

1. this machine is used for cut a string of cooked sausages(including kinds of natural casings, collagen casings and artificial casings) into single ones or parts of 2 sausages, at the kink positions; and the quantity number of processing could be set form 1 to 40.

2. there are 2 sets of servo motors driving the machine, one provide conveyor belt with power through decelerating gear to give and control the speed; another one directly drive the knife to rotate and cut.

3.the operation system is independently invented. And this system makes cutting process more stable than majority in that-as input material under relatively structured condition, the broken rate is 0.

4. This machine can cut long sausage (no kinks) into equal-length segments. Each segment's length could be adjusted separately, ranging from 1mm to 50mm. The length range of segments is 30mm to 512mm.
