Usai silicone straight hose, elbow hose and reducer hose, bellow hose, T shape and U shape hose are used in aerospace applications, performance motors and vehicles, marine wet –exhaust, commercial truck and bus induction and cooling systems, agricultural and off highway vehicles, all turbo diesel applications, food and beverage connections and general manufacturing industries worldwide. they are commonly used in the following applications: Air intake connections, supercharger connections, cold side turbo and intercooler connections, radiator or heater core connections or virtually any application where high temperatures or extreme working conditions exist.

1. Silicone hose would be reinforced by fibers. Usually it's 3-4 ply, depends on your needs. We also supply silicone hose with steel wire reinforcement.

2. Temperature is -40 to 240 degree entigrade

3. Working pressure is 1.0 Mpa

4. Hardness is 70±5 degree

5. Tensile Strength is 7.0 Mpa

6. Excellent ozone and UV resistance.

7. Color: Blue, Black, Red, Purple, Clean, Orange or to be customized.
