Dye Tubes (Perforated Cones and Cheeses)
The one way tubes usually are made of PP, while multi-way ones of PP with glass fiber.
There are 1° 30', 3° 30', 4° 20', 5° 57' cones for choice in different sizes, lengths from 170mm to 290mm, diameters from 20mm to 75mm.
Most of cheeses are stackable, whether one-way or multi-way (Reusable).
The reasonable holes design allow to dye liquor stain yarns evenly.
The compress cheeses increases productivity and reduce dye costs 20-40%.
Performs well under 145℃ (293°F).
