Liquid Fertilizer ingredients mixing and filling production line

Production Prinzip:

 1. Liquid storage, the biogas slurry is pretreated and sent to the raw material tank, which is stored into the fermentation tank.

2. Inoculated fermentation, the biogas slurry entered the fermentation tank, inoculated specific beneficial organisms, and accompanied with sufficient stirring and mixing, the liquid stopped in the fermentation tank and sent to the mixing tank.

 3. Nutrient ingredients, in order to meet the national standards for the quality of fertilizers, it is necessary to add nutrients to the biogas slurry according to the strict process procedures.

 4. Liquid storage, after adding the nutrient, the liquid is sent to the finished tank, which is stored and sent to the packaging tank.

5. Packaging, automatic filling of liquid fertilizer for finished products.
