I． Introduction
Ivy Machinery, the leading Asia bus door system manufacturer, offers rugged Pneumatic Lift Lock Rotary Door System for tour and intercity coaches. Incorporating technology proven in decades of demanding service, Ivy rotary door system provides superior reliability and ease of maintenance. The NR300 Plug Door System consists of rotary actuator, shaft assembly, and door panel assembly. The NR300 Actuator provides rotary motion and the "Lift-to-Latch" feature preferred by many coach builders and operators. A double acting cylinder drives a splined shaft through a helical ball cage to provide rotary motion. When the door reaches the closed position, the actuator lifts the door shaft and door panel approximately 10mm, enabling latches on the door panel to engage mating wedges on the door jambs. The door panel is held closed as long as air pressure is applied the actuator.
