What do you need to prepare for making PC (Polycarbonate) Bottles?
PC resin granules in bags. Simple and the PC resin is easy to buy locally.
Process:
1. Feed PC resin in the Hopper Dryer on the floor.
2. The PC resin is loaded into the Hopper Dryer on the machine top through the Autoloader.
3. PC resin is melt in the machine.
4. Melt PC resin coming into the mould.
5. Melt PC resin is shaped into a bottle in the mould.
6. The mould is open and take out the bottle.
