Product Description
PP Strapping Band Production line Features:
1) Using the recycling bottle slices as raw materials by making them melt directly,
which reduces the course of raw material-making
2) With the multi-purpose machine, it can produce PET straps in different specifications
directly and doesn"t need to change the mould head
3) The products has the same transparency as made from new polyester slices, but
the tensile strength and shock resistance are stronger
4) Low energy consumption, high production capability .

Application Field
After fifteen years' research and development, we have succeeded in producing light weight PP strapping band making machine. Our machines do produce from 1 to 32 straps at one time. The straps made by our machine are less weight than normal straps without change the sizes. The light weight PP strapping machine has reached the first class level in the world.
