Design Feature:
New vaux rotor strengthen hydrapulper action and discongest fiber more effectively.Suitable for D-shaped vat,the way of generating turbulence in the conventional pulper has been changed,the turbulence is intensified and so the paper bale is quickly soaked into the liquid,in this way the moving path of waste paper in pulper is improved and the capacity of pulper increases.It can shorten the pulping time,reduce energy consumption and increase the specific capacity per unit of volume.
Application:
This machine is mainly used for continuous or intermittent pulping of OCC waste paper material and intermittent defibering of market pulp board.Light and heavy impurities can be effectively remove when it is used in conjunction with impurity separator,drum screen,ragger,grab bucket,etc.
