The rotary steam retorts are well suitable for all kinds of high-viscosity products packaged with thermal resistant materials.

Features:
1. The rotating speed is governed by frequency converter so that rotating speed can be adjusted anytime depending on product viscosity to avoid delamination and precipitate;
2. The transmission system incorporates a reduction box with braking function and an automatic positioning system, ensuring the crate guide rail of the rotating body stays horizontal with trolley guide rail and other guide rails of matched equipment after rotation stops;
3. The sterilization water after preheating, the starting point of sterilization temperature, shorten the sterilization time, protect the quality of the product;
4. Save energy and increase output. Two sterilization pot at the same time using a pot of hot water work;
5. Products can avoid air contact during the whole process, leading to zero cold air in kettle. The optimized water circulating system ensures balanced heat distribution in kettle;
6. Peak pressure value can be avoided by controlling back pressure via stream inlet and outlet, largely reducing packaging material damage;
7. Smooth and rapid cooling helps avoid thermal shock and peculiar smell;
8. PLC program control, sterilization to achieve standardization;
9. The water immersion sterile equipment also integrates the function of F value measurement, but the F value tester is optional;
10. Newly-designed fluid switch device successfully keeps cold point in kettle to a minimum and temperature accuracy for sterilization within ±0.2 °C, effectively avoiding over-steaming and halfway sterilization.
