Packaging & Shipping

 Packaging: Furniture are big commodities, in order to guarantee the security during the long distance transportation, we suggest some commodity cartons need to be made a wooden frame or plywood frame outside, especially for LCL order. We will also add the pallet under the carton for lifting if the product is heavy.  

Shipping: Due to the special feature for the furniture apart from other commodites, we would only deliver them by our professional and long-term cooperated carrier to destination. The shipping charges would be completely different because of different volume and place, please consult our sales for the shipping costs, for some place there is no harbor, we would make sure of your nearest harbor and quote you. In some circumstances you have no idea to pick up the items from the harbor, we would try our best to give quote and deliver the furniture to your door.

Q2: How long will be production time?

A2: There is a certain production cycle for the furniture. The normal production time is 20-25 days, some bulk order would be checked with our sales because of the order complexity and product quantity.

Q3: Why the product color received is different from the photo?  

A3: Photos are taken from the real product and material, but the color when you see might be different due to different camera skill,light,display parameter and other factors.

Q4: When was your factory established and where is it? 

A4: In 2009 our factory was open in Shenzhen Guangdong and moved to Huizhou Guangdong last year.

Q5: How about your capacity for OEM (Customized) order?
