3. What is the MOQ(Minimum Order Quality)?
IMOVING: 1 pc is ok, But the price will be cheaper if larger quantity.

4. What is the payment terms?
IMOVING: We accept cash, T/T, Western Union and Trade Assurance.

5. What are the materials of your goods?
IMOVING: 99% main structure made by skeleton aluminum and stainless steel, environmentally friendly ABS for appearance shell, to ensure that X1 will be not aging, no rust, steady and durable.

6. How long is the delivery time?
IMOVING:  It depends on the QTY, Normally the delivery time is about 2-30 working days. 

7. How about your package way?
1) each one put in Bubble paper+Wrapped in white paper avoid scratch,also each one use egg cell separation

2) follow you request use hardboard carton /mail box/gift box etc separation it bottom or side have mark and bar code sign it.

3) inner box and outer box six side put Styrofoam safe packing/shipment, we can accept Broken test. 

8. How about the After-sales service and Warranty?

1) The general warranty period will be 1 year after supplying to the end user. The warranty will include all Scooter's parts and functions, including the controller, battery and charger. The defective components under warranty period will be supplied by the Manufacturer and free of charge. 
2) We provide technical support and fittings for life. After-sales service isn't restricted by time and we will assign local technical personnel to solve your problems immediately after receiving feedback from users and deal with them in time.
