It contributes zero calories & zero carbohydrates to finished products. It is derived from Stevia leaves, powder in form,Transport of the product shall be under such conditions that will prevent contamination. The product shall be stored in a sealed container in a cool, dry odor-free place at ambient temperature and humidity. Stable up to 24 months from date of manufacture. Product stored beyond the expiration date should be tested periodically for fitness of use.
