What is the main information of Jaw crusher?

The jaw crusher is also called tiger mouth. China jaw crusher is widely used to crush medium sized granularity of different ores and bully materials with compressive strength less than 250Mpa in mining, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industries. Therefore, jaw crusher is also called as limestone crusher, granite crusher and cobblestone crusher.

As one of the most common mining equipment, stone jaw crusher appears earlier than other crushing machines. Jaw crushers (also called jaw breakers) are typically used as primary crushers, or the first step in the process of reducing rock, and are one of the main types of primary crushers in a mine or ore processing plant.

What is the working features of Jaw crusher?

The crusher in the first working procedure is called the main crusher. When fed to the jaw crusher, the materials are poured from the top inlet into the crushing chamber with jaw plate. The movable plate raises the bulk material up to the fixed jaw plate (chamber wall), and with the action of two plates, the materials are crushed into smaller-sized stone. The one which makes movable jaw plate work is an eccentric shaft, which is fitted through the whole body frame.

Application of Jaw Crusher

Jaw CrusherStone crusher is suitable for crushing a variety of soft and hard ores and rocks, whose largest compression resistance is under 320MPa. The maximum size of the feeding materials must be less than what is required according to the maximum specification of technical parameters, and the aggregate jaw crusher is mainly used for secondary and fine crushing mid hardness ores and rocks in metallurgical industry, mining, chemistry, cement making industry, construction, refractory, pottery and porcelain industry, etc.
