Jieda Thick Film Heating Tube is the ideal heating element to install in Small Size Instant Water Heater Heating Electric Element 2.2kw , to replace immersion or quartz water heating elements.
It is made up by Thcik Film Heating Tube, Thermostats, Lead Wires and Plastic Shield. With its tubular structure, it can heat water flow inside tube, by the electric heating circuit sintered between with 5 isolation layers on tube surface.
For applications where space is limited, this simple profile heater offers high thermal power density and fast response times to heat up or cool down (due to low thermal mass)
