CF strengthened and reinforced unidirectional plate is made from CF impregnating resin after solidification and pulling-extrusion. The plates consist of high quality CF materials and good basic resins with a variety of satisfactory performances, such as high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, shock resistance, impact resistance and so on.

With the strength and elasticity modulus of CF, the CF unidirectional plate is easy to be processed, is of high strength utilization efficiency and could reduce the solidification stage of unidirectional fabric resin.

Characteristics of CF plate

Of excellent creep resistance, corrosion resistance as well as shock resistance. Its tensile strength is many times higher than normal steel and its elasticity modulus is better than steel.

2. Light weight & good flexibility

Of high specific strength and toughness. Its mass is 1/5 of that of steel, could be coiled and be supplied in larger length without bonding.

3. Convenient to be processed and quality easy to be guaranteed

Not necessary to be preprocessed, it is convenient to process and is allowed to cross.

4. Favorable durability and corrosion resistance

The plate is -resisting, alkali-resisting, salt-resisting and atmospheric environment-resisting. Not necessary to be maintained regularly.
