Mineral Water Pure Water Filling Machine

Water filling machine is used in the production of mineral water, pure water and other non-carbonated drinks.

One machine can carry out washing, filling and capping process.

The machine adopts filling with normal temperature and normal pressure.

2. Bottle transmission adopts clip bottle neck technology, bottle-shaped transform no need to adjust the equipment level, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts.

3. High-speed large gravity flow filling valve, filling fast, accurate and no liquid lose.

4. The rotary cap unscrambling machine, unscramble the cap by air force, which do no harm to the cap surface. Cap feeding can be controlled automatically. No caps will be sent if there are no bottles and the machine will stop automatically when there is no cap in the channel.

5. Host adopts advanced PLC automatic control technology, the key electrical components from famous company such as Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron etc.
