- The Resin wicker (or PE rattan or Poly rattan)material we use for our products is only the highest quality which is madefrom 99.8% Polyethylene and 0.2% Ash, this kind of rattan is UV resistant,washable, waterproof, and our rattan is through dyed, you can fix it byapplying heat when it gets scratches, It last long time and the colornever fade away, also it is not sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
Synthetic rattan material: Highest Vietnamese class or Viro, round: Ø4-7mm or flat: 4-9mm, thickness 1,2mm.
- For the fabric and sponge inside, they are allwaterproof.
We use seat cushions of Density of 20-25, pillow of Density of 10. All pillow & seat cushions are fire resistant complying with UK standard & USA standard.
- All of the frame (Aluminum or Iron frame ) is paintedwith powder coating which ensures the frame to be fully protected againstcorrosion and becomes virtually invisible once it has been woven over.
Round tubes: Ø8-25mm, thickness 1-1.2mm & flat tubes.
