1. Overview

Use the diluted proportion at the specified temperature range , then It can work well.

The workpiece surfacecan form a layer of uniform, dense dark gray phosphating film, its corrosion resistant performance is good, can meet the antirust time requirements in the process . At the same time, phosphating film has excellent binding ability with various coating, exceed the national standard. There are less phosphating sediment, Without frequent cleaning tank sediment.

2. Use method

2.1.  Prepared Tank solution(1000KG):

     Add 70-80% tapping water , then add IC-2003-1A phosphating solution 200KG , stir evenly,  then supply tapping water to 1000KG.

      When you use it , heat it to 55-65degree C.

2.3 Tank solution supplement and adjustment

It needs to make the analysis and adjustment frequently. Enhance the acidity with the supplement of phosphating fluid.

In 1000Kg tank solution, supply 16KG IC-2003-1B, Total acidity increase 4 point, Free acidity increase 1 point.
