Brief Introduction:
XFN series thermoplastic valves torque & fatigue testing machine meets the standard ISO8233:1988,ISO9393-1:2004 and ISO9393-2:2005.
It is mainly used for determination and fatigue performance of water valve torque value. It is a necessary testing instrument for enterprises, colleges and universities, the product quality inspection and scientific research units.
Usage
Determine switch torque and fatigue of plastic valves.
For DN16~DN63 (Can expand to DN110), 90° switch, multi rotate switch, etc.

Performance and functions
a. Includes a computer interface and icon instructions, clear structure and simple operation.
It can connect the computer to analyze data, gives real-time control and can draw test curve and show out the test report.
b. Task-flow control for the main control, which makes high efficiency and accurate real-time performance.
c. It adopts induction dynamic torque sensor, which was available for kinds of valves, especially the multi rotate valves.
d. Peculiar failure protection design insures the system reliable running.
e. The hydraulic control system creates reliable pressure. The flow rate can be adjusted automatically.
