Hazemag Impact Hammer Crusher

Structure and Operating Principle:

The crusher consists of base, upper frame, back upper frame, rotator, and ratchet wheel opening cover device.

The crusher is driven by motor through V-belt. The materials will be crushed by the high-speed running hammer plates, and be thrown to the impact plate, be re-crushed there, and then it will be rebound to the hammer plates area to be crushed again. This process will be repeated again and again, until to the requested size. The raw materials firstly enter into the first crushing chamber, then into the secondary crushing chamber; when the crushed materials size is less that the clearance between hammer plates and impact liner plate, then it will be discharged from the outlet, be the final products.  

Preparation before starting:

1 Examine whether there is appropriate grease in the bearing.

2 Examine whether the joints are locked and add appropriate grease.

3 Examine whether all the fasteners are fastened or not.

4 Examine whether there are hard trashes in the machine.

5 Examine whether the backlash between the impact liner plate and the hammer plate meets the request.

6 Move the rotator by hand to see whether it is in good condition. There should be no damages on the hammer plate or other parts.

The starting of the impact crusher:

The machine could only be started after confirming every part is in good condition.

If there is abnormality after the starting, the machine should be stopped at once. It could be started after all the problems are solved.
