Heavy-duty apron feeder is the auxiliary equipment of transportation. Apron feeder feeds continuously and evenly from the bin to the primary jaw crusher. It can also be used for short distance handling, especially for materials with large gravity, large grain size and strong abrasion. It can work well in open air or damp environment. So it has be widely used in metallurgy, mining, cement, construction materials industry, etc. Our apron feeder can be installed horizontally or in inclined way, with the maximum angle of inclination of 12º.

Working principle:

The working process is that the chain equipped serial plates is driven by the chain wheel. While the chain wheel is driven by the electric motor and reducer, the plates will moved so the blocks are fed out.
