Stories of Impact Crusher PF1315:
Impact crusher PF1315 is normally applied in 150tph stone crushing plant. Primary crusher is jaw crusher PE750x1060; secondary crusher is impact crusher PF1315; Third stage crusher is symons spring cone crusher 4 1/4FT or Four sets of fineness jaw crusher PE250x1200. If the rock is not that very hard, the third stage can be omitted.
Before delivery the impact crusher PF1315, we have to dismantle it into three parts: up shell of machine, rotor assembly, bottom shell of machine. Pls check the following pictures before we exported.

The starting of the crusher:
The machine could only be started after confirming every part is in good condition.
If there is abnormality after the starting, the machine should be stopped at once. It could be started after all the problems are solved.
Feeding:
The machine should be fed evenly by the feeding device. The material should be evenly distributed on the rotator and that could avoid putty and extend the service life of the machine.
The electricity control system of feeder should be chained with that of the crusher. When the crusher is overloaded, the conveyor could cut power automatically and stop feeding.
Adjustment of discharging clearance:
The users could use the clearance adjustment device to adjust the discharging size.
When adjusting the size, firstly loosen the screw bolt, screw the long nut, and make the backlash meet the requirements. Tighten the screw bolt.
The clearance sized can be watched by the watching door.
All the above operations should be performed only when the machine is switch off, to avoid unexpected accidents.
Stoppage of the crusher:
Stop the feeder before stopping the crusher; switch off the crusher until make sure all the materials in the crushing chamber are discharge.
