Cross fluted cooling tower fills improve water distribution by splitting the water stream as it descends through the fill pack. To achieve high thermal performance and low pressure drop, we add flute and micro-structure design with high fabrication standards. There are two configurations for counter flow and cross flow applications in areas of power, refining, chemical, food processing where water quality is good.


There are two pieces of cooling tower fills on the ground.

Black cross fluted fills has high UV resistance and high thermal performance.There is one pack of blue cooling tower fills with cross fluted design.

Cross fluted cooling tower fills in blue are also available for some towers.

There is one cross fluted fill pack in black on the ground.

Black is the most favorable colour for cross fluted fill pack.One blue cross fluted fill pack is on the ground, each piece of the fill is placed from opposite direction alternatively.

Every two pieces of fills are placed from opposite direction forming cross fluted fill pack.
