The basic structure of the machine

    The machine consists of three functional components:

3.4-1 Part of the motivation

 Including: electromotor, frequency converter, electrical control box, operating components, display apparatus.

3.4-2 Part of two-for-one twist structure

  The working structure of machine on both sides is symmetrical, and machine is adopted by metal plate structure,  each node is formed by several two-for-one twist structures.

3.4-3 Part of the drive

 Electromotor transfers the electricity to spindles and driving box through the apron belt( the driving box is driven by single electric motor). The driving box drives the take-up device, over feed roller and traverse yarn guide device at the same time.

3.4-4 Part of heating box typed

     The two-for-one twist yarn will typed after coming through the heating box.

3.4-5 Part of false twist

The two-for-one twist typed yarn will pass through the high speed rotational false twist needle in the false twist device, then becomes stretching twist yarn.

3.4-6 Part of the take-up

The friction roller will drive the winding bobbin to achieve winding.

3.5 Structure of two-for-one twist unit

3.5-1 Spindle brake device

It stops the spindle to rotate by using the combination of separate spindle and brake slice.

3.5-2 Two-for-one twist spindle

   ·Spindle unit: The machine is collocated with manual yarn spindle.

·Fixed yarn pot can lay the over feed bobbin. 

·The two-for-one twist plate can reserve yarn and oriented: The reserve area in the twist plate can store certain yarn to balance the tension changes when the yarn unreel the bobbin. 

    Note: The spindle is ban to rotate after the yarn pot is offloading, if not, the life of yarn pot will be reduced and the yarn will be polluted. 

    ·Tension device:It is made up of tension pipe and tension steel ball, the tension device can adjust yarn's tension and control the capacity of reserve yarn in the twist plate. The steel ball is divided into 4 types:diameterφ6.35,φ7.1,φ7.9 and φ9.5;Every spindle has 4steel balls of each type, you can use one or several balls according to different kinds of yarn and different conditions.

    ·Air current suction yarn device: The machine has air current suction yarn device, there are two 300KPa pressure pipes on both sides, every set has a fast each have a fast connection. Only insert the gun tube to the connect joint, and open the switch of yarn gun and put the gunpoint to the yarn exit up the heating box, the yarn in the yarn enter below the heating box can be sucked up, so the yarn threading can be completed easily in the heating box.

·Waste gas discharge device:There is a exhaust pipe in the central of machine, a exhaust port associating with it in every two spindles. The harmful gas which produced in the process of heating and typed will be sucked to the exhaust pipe as soon as it come out of the yarn exit, and it will be scavenged to outside through a special. It will reduce the harmful gas in the workshop and reduce the temperature because of the the gas emission to ensure the health of the worker in workshop.

3.5-3 Dropper wire

The dropper wire monitor the process of twist, when yarn breaking or the bobbin is run out, the dropper wire will fall to stop the yarn to release to prevent the yarn winding to the spindle. There are some fixed holes to adjust the height of dropper wire to ensure the dropper wire fall off in the head of tensioner. The heavy hammer in the end of dropper wire can adjust the pressure press on yarn, the light pressure the dropper wire falls, the better to ensure the yarn tension; Put the dropper wire in the fixed cut slot when off, press it on the working yarn when on. The dropper wire will fall automatically to the head of the tensioner while yarn breaking or yarn is run out to  prevent yarn releasing.

3.5-4 Part of take-up

(a) Two oriented wheel in each spindle can adjust the encircle angle in over feed roller, the size of angle is one of the important factors to control the take-up tension and affect the density of the package.

(b)Over feed roller: The tension of air circle can be reduced to required take-up tension by changing the rotational speed and yarn's encircle angle in the roller, the overfeed percentage(the round speed ratio between roller and friction roller) by changing the number of chain wheel's teeth in the head of machine, the percentage can be conversed from 145% to 181%.

(c) Take-up(including traverse yarn moving): the compose of the rotation of friction roller and the traverse of yarn guide completes the crossed winding in the bobbin, which changes the drive ratio from friction roller to traverse cam, the winding angle of crossed winding can be divided into  14 º 47 ', 16 º 36', 18 º 41 ', 21 º 07'.

Take-up speed of yarn, spindle speed and yarn twist have the following relation:

3.5-5 Creel stand

The creel stand is used to support and press the winding bobbin ; Generally we use the 230mm or 290mm cylindrical bobbim, select one while buying the machine.

The Bobbin folder can be changed to suit different sizes of bobbins.
