.2 Twist principle
When Direct Cabling Machine twisting , spindle spin one ring ,yarn emerge one twist, via outside yarn drive Well the twister rotating, ,make the outside yarn and inside yarn cross twisting.
When Direct Cabling Machine twisting , inside yarn come out from spindle pot, via inside yarn tensioner reach the above well the twister; outside yarn from upper creel dowm , via outside yarn tensioner , then go through spindle bottom hole in , out from twisting plate exit and get to well the twister, at last out side yarn drive well the twister by ballon ring which occured by spindle rotation , together with inside yarn, to finish in and out both yarns twisting .
3.3 Yarn traverse
Outside yarn put on the upper creel and unwind by itsself , from ourside tensioner into aircurrent guide tube, then from the mid-hole of bottom spindle ,after 90°angle conner,go through twisting plate,then out from twisting plate yarn exit ,at last get to well the twister and form ballon ring at the same time. Height of the ballon ring is confirm by position of well the twister. After yarn pass well the twister,to overfeed device ,to guide yarn device ,then cross winding on the bobbin which drived by friction wheel.
Inside yarn put in the pot , via inside yarn tensioner after unwinding by itself, then reach well the twister directly and combine twisting with outside yarn .
3.4 Machine basic structure
Machine compose of three faction parts
·Motive power parts
Contain motor , frequency changer, electric control box ,operating element, displayer.
·Direct twisting structure parts
The machine two sides working structure is symmetrical, use mental plate structure, each section is compose of several Direct Twisting structure units .
·Driving part
Machine pass motive power of moter driven to spindle by belt, and use single motor drive transmission case ,meanwhile drive winding device , overfeed and traverse guide device.
3.5 Structure of direct twist unit
3.5-1 spindle of direct twist
·Spindle unit: yarn thread pneumatic spindle
· Fixed yarn pot , use to put inside yarn bobbin.
·Twist plate which can store and guide yarn: store yarn zone of twist plate can be form certain yarn store to blance the tension changes when yarn unwinding.
Note: Forbid spindle running after discharge the pot, it will shorten the lifetime of pot and pollute the yarn if igore this rule.
·Tension device:
①outside yarn tensioner:
A,Unwinding tentioner: put on the yarn pass baffle , outboard of the outside yarn creel, unwinding tentioner is compose of both slices which up and down . Put 5-8 slices which have different weight on the tensioner "U" type tube ,accoding different needs to adjust the tension,left remain slices on the other end of the "U"type tube. This tension is in order to keep outside yarn unwinding uniformity.
B,Ball type tensioner (option):by compose of tention tube and tension steel ball, tentioner device used for adjust yarn tention and controlling yarn store capacity of twist plate. There are four kinds of steel balls, diameter isφ6.35,φ7.1,φ7.9,φ9.5;each 4 kinds of steel balls for each spindle , according different kinds of yarn to adopt suitable steel ball and number of balls (steel ball and number of the balls for tention, should according practical case, and comfirm after testing by engineer of end-user)
C,permanent magnet manual tensioner(option) : the tentioner change tention by controlling the magnetic size. when the tentioner wheel is at mark 1, the tension is the minimum , when the tentioner wheel is at mark 10, the tension is maximun.adjust appropriate tention according to yarn specification and variety.Install ceramic wafer on the rotatable magnet wheel(ceramic wafer is easy to broken, please carefully when dismantling and setting up, and keep remain pressure, excessive pressure will cause the ceramic fracture). Then set two cross silk wheel at the side, the ourside yarn stretch to below tube after pass ceramic wafer and cross silk wheel,and twist in spindle at last.
②Inside yarn tensioner :inside yarn tentioner change the tention by controlling the magnet size. when the tentioner wheel is at mark 1, the tension is the minimum , when the tentioner wheel is at mark 10, the tension is maximun.adjust appropriate tention according to yarn specification and variety. fine adjust tension is by change ring numbers of winding on the wheel, in order to make the yarn disperse,then set yarn divided wheel at the side of tensioner. More bigger of partial angle,and more bigger distance of yarn divided , otherwise ,the distance will more smaller. So the yarn should be winded in yarn divide wheel when winding the yarn .
3.5-2 Well the twister part
Well the twister is drived by spindle air ring and synchronizate rotating with spindle , dexterity of rotation is very important, inconformity rotate speed impact yarn twist directly
