30% T/T deposit before production,the balance 70% against the copy of B/L.

Buying Guides:

1.According to the size and function or sketching from our customers, we will make simple floor plan.

2.after confirming,We will design house shape based on your preference.

3.the 3D drawing will be finally made after several modification.

4.the PI will be signed when final drawing is confirmed, consequently the production will be started.

5.Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in.

6.End Production-We will set up the wooden house to make sure the house is fully completed and show photos to you for approval.You can also arrange the third party Inspection.

7.We will stick the label on each of the timber which will help customers assemble the house according to the installation manual.
