Chemical Composition:

stainless steel condenser tube is their high contents of Chromium and Molybdenum, and it has Titanium and niobium as stabilizing elements. The organization of material makes them with high strength properties, good elongation and low rate of work hardening.


We will do the following tests for stainless steel condenser tube :

1.100% PMI/spectrochemical analysis test

2.100 % size test 100% visual inspection

3. Project tension test, flange test, hardness test and reverse compression test

4.100% static pressure test and 100% non-destructive testing

5. Several particle corrosion tests were conducted according to ASTM A763

6. The ASTM G48 method was used for the corrosion resistance test
