ASME B36.19 Industrial Stainless Steel Pipe
APPLICATION
ASTM A312 / ASME SA312 set standars for welded austenitic stainless light-weight steel pipes which are used at high temperature and / or for corrosive service. These ASME B36.19 Industrial Stainless Steel Pipe are used in the process, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. The most common grades are ss304 and ss316, but a variety of different combinations of the three main elements chrome, nickel and moly are available originating a multitude of grade (which can be divided into four main types: austenitic, ferritic, martensitic and duplex).
