Our Grade A312 TP304L Welded Stainless Steel Pipe conforms to ASTM A249, ASTM A269, ASME A249 and ASME SA269. Grade 304 Stainless Steel is the most versatile and most widely used stainless steel in the world. It was originally known as "18-8" Stainless Steel based on its Chromium/Nickel content. Its chemical composition, mechanical properties, weldability, formability and corrosion resistance provide the best all-round performance at a relatively low cost. It is used in a wide range of products across many different industries. The balanced austenitic structure of Grade 304 enables it to be severely deep drawn without intermediate annealing, which has made this grade dominant in the manufacture of drawn stainless parts.
