Cheap double deck bike racks

When you want to store a bike on the top rack, you can push the bikes on bottom racks to one side, press the top rack vertically to ground, and then load the bike into the wheel channel of top rack. The bike can be stored on the top rack after lifting the rack with bike up.

When you want to remove the bike from the top rack, please push the bikes on bottom racks aside, press the top rack vertically to ground, and then remove the bike from the top rack.

Such double deck bike rack can save more space, so it's suitable for installation in narrow space with smaller passage.
