The teeth are commonly applied for driving sprocket running at medium/high speed or under normal operating conditions.The sprocket is a wheel with sprocket chains for engaging the correct-pitch blocks of link chain or rope and transmitting the movement by making a solid gear or gear with spokes engage a (roller) chain.
