These items are made in accordance with VDE 0664, CEE27 and BS 4293 standards. They are suitable for use with circuits that are AC 50-60Hz, 220V single-phase, or 380V up to three-phase. Their primary functions are to prevent electrical fires, electric shock or leakage of electric wire netting. These ELCBs are current-operated, fast leakage protectors of a pure electromagnetic type, which means they can break faulty circuits rapidly and effectively, thus avoiding accidents.
