Product Description
These parts are requested for the finish of HARD ANODIZED BLACK and LASER ENGRAVED WITH LOGO& SIZE MARKING. Our samples are passed with good dimension and finish. But the main concern comes with the 5 degree angle.
That laser engraving is supposed to be aligned on the part relative the outer bevel on the blade.
For this utmost concern from our clients, our engineer team had a technical discussion to solve this problem. Our client is coming up with making a notch onto the parts but we reject this suggestion, by using our own method. Finally this is solved smoothly during production and we also gained the second order three months later.
