The outer circuit of the battery is electron conductive,the interior is ionic conductivity,which built up the battery electronic-ion loop.The overall reaction is the consumption of water.Therefore,in order to improve the discharge performance of zinc-manganese battery,the key is to maximize ion conductivity inside the battery,and to ensure that the enough water to be involved in the interface of the reaction,the positive,negative electrode material may maximize their efficiency accordingly.If the liquid uptaking speed of coated seperator is slow,and the water supplement during the reaction the interface is not sufficient and ion exchange rate is inadequate plus ionic conductivity rate is low,the positive and negative material can not operate more effectively,the all-around battery discharge performance must poor.
For this reason,we select the high liquid uptaking base paper,seek the paste formula to improve the ion exchange rate and the overall liquid uptaking and retaining ability of separator,by seeking the compatibility of new materials and paste improve the ionic conductivity rate and reduce zinc electrode from self-erode,so that the positive and negative materials may maximize their effectivenness while decreasing pollution of the environ-ment To enhance the mechanical processing adaptabillity,we processed a serious of innovation and improvement and acquire twe patents and several utility model patent.We are producing the seperator for domestic and oversea high-speed battery production line and large-sized leakproof coated paper.Our experienced R&D department could meet the challenge of special requirements for coated paper.
