Product Description
This precision rewinding machine is built to wind yarn from the hank to the cone after the dyeing process. Yarn winding is controlled by a constant tension system in order to work with bobbins in a variety of shapes and sizes.
The yarn winding machine is equipped with an online tensioner to control the yarn feeding speed with the desired yarn tension. This ensures the entire cone is wound with constant tension from beginning to end. The precision winding machine has a maximum operating speed of 1200m/min. The actual speed will be determined by the yarn type.
