Multiple - Nozzle Air Flow Test Equipment Standard Range Hood / Ventilator Air Duct For Household
Overview:
This device is applied to testing the air flow performance of range hood and ventilator for
household and similar purposes, and is in accordance with testing requirements of GB/T 1236
Industrial Fans-Performance Testing Using Standardized Airways, and requirements of ISO
5801, JIS B8330, JIS C9603 and other standards.
Test principle:
Based on the Bernoulli's principle of Fluid Mechanics, use the pressure difference before and
after flowing through the nozzle to calculate the air velocity and then the air flow can be acquired
through multiplying the air velocity by the cross-sectional area of nozzle. During the test, use
auxiliary fan and regulating damper to change air flow and then measure static pressure under
different air flow values. Finally, air performance curve of range hood or fan can be acquired
through computer data processing.
Performance and features
This device adopts multiple-nozzle air chamber type structure. As it can select corresponding
nozzles according to the tested flow, so this device has wide flow measurement range.
It can be used for exhaust and gas absorption test.
Equipped with auxiliary fan, it can measure full range performance curve when airflow is zero
and static pressure is zero.
Equipped with imported high accuracy pressure sensor, the testing result is accurate and
reliable.
Automatic test, calculation and data output can be achieved through computer and peripheral
equipment and the testing result can be displayed in graphics and printed. With human-machine
interaction, it is simple in operation, and high in accuracy and takes less time and energy.
Testing items: Automatic or manual P-Q features (relation between flow and static), Q-W
features (relation between flow and power), Q-η feature (relation between flow and efficiency) and
current and power of tested object by synchronous test.
This device applies to performance test of ventilator, air-conditioner fan, cooling fan, range
hood and others.
