Production Process
1. Laser cut Metal as the lettering frame, then bend and weld the return;
2. Power coated the return or surface to the color you like;
3. The stainless steel or Aluminum frame can be brushed or glossy;
4.Use long life LED light (CE and RoHS certification, over 50.000 hours guarantee)
inside the letter sign;
5. Laser cut the high quality acrylic panel as the letter face;
6. Connect the electricity, then the whole set of letter sign will bright;
