TRZ-2017 full automatic conical paper tube production line includes three parts: reeling part, drying part and after finishing part. It needs no manual operation from raw paper to paper tube product. The whole production process is controlled by PLC programming and the main engine transmission uses cam timing mechanism. Each position takes double speed variable frequency control technology. The none mechanical abrasion photoelectric control, approaching control and pneumatic delay control are also applied, which realizes the mechanical and electrical integration. It achieves low labor, low consumption, high efficiency and high quality, which is suitable for the production of conical tubes with various specification. All bearings used in the machine are Japan NSK bearings.

TRZ-2017 full automatic conical paper tube reeling machine is suitable for conical tubes of various specifications, which molds at a time. After hanging the paper roll, internal and external printing, edge grinding, cutting, reeling and head cutting, the high-strength semi-finished paper tubes with same caliber and tapers will be sent to the dryer. The reeling  machine takes double speed various frequency control technology. The reeling speed can be adjusted automatically.
