 Complete test bench to perform automatic test for a common rail injector  with either solenoid or piezo technologies.

Features

●     Using a Bosch  CP3.3 common rail pump to generate high pressure up to 1600bar

●     Using a Bosch  fuel rail with DRV and pressure sensor

●     Measuring fuel  delivery and fuel return of a common rail injector using a gear flow meter made  in Germany

●     The injection  pressure is regulated by variation of pump speed, pump load and DRV duty to  ensure the stability of fuel rail pressure and a long-time continuous operation  without over heat on fuel tank with minimized system heat  rejection.
