1. Structure is made up of frames and conveyor belts. It is easy for stream-line production. Imported screwed threaded is used for stable working and reliable performance.

2. Any quantity (from 1 to 5 pieces) of gauze sponge or one pair of surgical latex gloves in one Peel-open or Tear-open Medical sterilization pouch according to clients requirement.

3. It is equipped with Special Air-exhausting mechanism and Sealing-pressure maintaining mechanism (0.1 to 0.5 seconds). Any flat-type medical disposables products like Condoms, Surgical latex gloves, IV sets, Urine bags, laporotomary sponges, Surgical towels and Non-woven face mask, statures can be packed by using the relevant sealing moulds and changing the Prerecorded program selection by means of tactile display.

4. It is equipped with Touch-screen Control Panel for direct monitoring and adjustment of all the parameters, sealing table and cross cutting system drove by servo motor, feeding and driving adopt stepping motor, output motor adopts frequency control, constant temperature control, tracking production process and make sure nice products come out.

5. Unwinding adopt magnetic particle brake to control tension, to ensure even tension.

6. With air tank to make sure stable air supply, machine work efficient is high.
