Q2. Can you print our LOGO on the shoes or box?
Of course, it's no problem to print your Logo on shoes or boxes. OEM&ODM are welcome.
Q3. Can I get a free sample? If it's not free, can I get refound when I place an order?
Customers need to pay the sample fee and delivery cost. As you know, hundreds of our clients ask for samples each Month, it's a heavy burden for us. But you will get sample fee refound when we get your bulk order. And our regular customers do not need to pay sample cost. Samples are dispached within 7-15 Days.
Q4. How can you control the quality for us?
Once you place an order to us, we will send confirmation samples for your checking before bulk production. If confirmed, our professional QC will take the sample to the factory for checking materials, last, outsole, craft and all the packing details and make sure everything as your requirement.
What's more, it's also welcomed that your QC can go to inspect production.
Q5. Do you have products in stock?
Most of our exporting products are producted according to customer's requests, regular time within 15-45 days. We have small quantity of our shoes model in stock.
Step 1: Clients need to provide us the samples which have problem, or send us pictures as well as video.
Step 2: According to the shoes problem, after checking it, our professional engineer will give us a best solutions.
