F&Q

1. What is your sample rule and sample time?
Samples (incl. shipping cost) must be paid by the customers. We need about 5-10 days to make custom samples.

3. What is Minimum Order Quantity ?
Our MOQ is usually 500 pcs per color and design in mixed sizes. For new customized apparel, the MOQ is 600pcs per color and design .

4. What is your production time ?
As usual, it is about 45-50days, depending on our production schedule, for quantity below 5000pcs. But for some special fabrics or workmanship will be longer.

5. What sizes do you sell and what are the measurements?
We have Asian, European, American and African size standards. Ideally, we suggest our customers to provide us their size specifications.

6.What is the payment term?
We accept 30% T/T Deposit, the rest must be paid before shipment.
We also can accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.

7. What delivery options (if any) do you have?
According to the volume and request, we can ship by air, sea (LCL, 20', 40' Container). For the samples we usually ship with DHL, Fedex, SCS,TNT or UPS.

8.Which kind of fabrics and colors available?
Fabrics and colors can be customized as your request. The best way is to send us your main sample (if any) and we will produce a "golden sample" for your approval.

9, What's your quality grade?
With enough experience in the export to western market, we know what kind of quality is required. Although, any other quality grade can be achieved according to the specifications.

10, Where your factory located?
Our factory is located in Jiaxing City. For a visit, please let us know in advance that we can arrange hotel or pickup at your convenience.

How to order our product:

1. Send us your Inquiry, sample cloth size and qty, we can follow your request make sample send     to you.
2. Confirm the order, including material, colors,fit,delivery date and then Confirm the PI.
3. Arrange the deposit, and then start production.
4. Keep you posted the order status, Update you the production Process, and finish them in four -     six week.
