Wet Tissue Folding & Packing Machine

This is a high speed three-side sealing machine for wet tissues, adopt vertical folding (for paper) and feeding film underneath, touch screen operation panel, PLC controller, high sensitive photoelectric track system, frequency controller and pace motor to control the speed, independent PID temperature controller etc, It can fully automatic finish the processed including paper folding, cutting, feeding, dropping, print batch NO., bag forming, sealing, counting, output etc., and it can stop automatically if encounter malfunction.It is suitable for three-side sealing of wet wipes, tissue paper, disinfect cloth, disposal napkin etc.

2. Easy to operate, adopt advanced PLC from Germany Siemens, mate with touch screen and electric control system, the man-machine interface is friendly. (option Siemens TD200 text display and WeinView touch screen)

3. Electric-eye, trace the printed web and make the sealing and cutting on correct position.

4. Frequency conversion adjusts the speed: This machine uses frequency conversion equipment, can be adjusted within the range according to the needs of reality in production..

5. Product or packing bag contact parts adopt stainless steel or other materials which accord with the food hygienic requirements, guarantee hygiene and security. Avoid secondary pollution during packing of wet tissue.
