Description:
Pre-heated (Thermosiphon) Solar Water Heater provides hot water through an efficient copper coil placed in the water tank as the heat exchanger.The tank places a role of heat storage container,keeps the heat energy absorbed from sun by tubes. Once cold water go through the copper coil ,heat energy will be exchanged to heat the cold water .Based on the features of copper coil,the temperature of the water at the outlet is very close to the temperature of the water tank (less than 3%)

One copper coil is installed inside the tank as the heat exchange. When water flows into the copper coil, it absorbs the heat of the water in the tank via the copper coil, change to hot water.
A pile of copper coil is pre-installed inside the non-pressure solar water heater tank, the water inside storage tank will reach a highest temperature due to local solar irradiation and duration in the single day, when pressure tap water goes through the copper coil and it absorbs enough heat from hot water stored inside the tank, hence at the outlet of copper coil we get instant and pressure hot water.
