     4. Structure
 
        The machine include machine tool, press oil cylinder, forward oil cylinder, main body, mould and upset head, electrical control system, hydraulic system.
         
 

   5. Operation
 
1- Installation

 

       After the mold is installed, reset the stroke limiting bracket. Adjust the travel limit screw so that the stroke control in 15mm, insert the test steel bar to the top of the mold center hole press automation button. After the processing of the work-piece, measurement it. If failed, then adjust stroke limit screw to make the trip gradually increased, until processing of qualified products.
       
 
 2- Safety operation rules


1. Workers have to be trained and tested OK then can work.
2. Before operation with rebar, first running the machine 2-3 mins without processing, if it is running normally the process.
3. The feeding head of head should be plain and straight.
4. Before processing the rebar, the machine should be reset and then process

to ensure the same processing.
5. The processing rebar can not have the transverse cracks, when the equipment break down should be eliminated timely.
6. Oil should be 68# hydraulic oil.
7. Workers should obey the safety rules
