Application:


1. Places where suspended substances exist and mixing and stirring is required such as aeration tank,

anaerobic tank, sludge tank of sewage treatment factory;
2. Environments with comparatively high requirement for operating safety during industrial process,

such as the water containing metal salt, paper pulp and fiber substance, paper making industry, food

and chemical industry;
3. Pools where flow is generated to improve water quality; tanks where flow is created to prevent

effectively suspended substance deposit etc.

 

Operating conditions
Flow propeller can work normally under the following conditions:
1) Maximum media temperature not exceeding 40;
2) PH value of media within 5-9;
3) Fluid density not exceeding 1150kg/m3;
4) For long term of submersed operation, submergence not exceeding 20m generally;

 

Transportation and storage:

 

1. During transportation and storage of low speed flow propeller, it should be placed horizontally or
vertically to ensure that the propeller does not roll about or fall down.
2. In case of lifting of low speed flow propeller, lifting equipment must be used; lifting with motor cable
is prohibited.
3. Moisture and high temperature must be prohibited during long term storage of flow propeller.
4. The impeller should be rotated by hand regularly to avoid adhering of seal ring. In case the storage
time of low speed flow propeller exceeds six months, low speed flow propeller must be rotated
forcefully.
5. After long time storage of low speed flow propeller, it must be checked before use. Special attention
must be paid to seal pieces (mechanical seal and O ring) and cable inlet.
6. After installation, low speed flow propeller can not be submerged in water without operation for long
time. It is recommended that it should be made run for at least 4 hours every half an month in order
to check its function and adaptability, or be pulled out and placed in dry position for standby use.
