Control method:
The power cable of pump is three-phase and four-wire, a power cable is marked with the label of U1, V1 and W1;in case of two power cables, one is marked with U1, V1 and W1, the other is marked with U2, V2and W2, the ground wire is double-color, and marked with thesign.
If three-phase circuit in the electric cabinet is arranged according to national standard of GB2681, with the definite phase sequence, namely, if the U, V and W in the circuit figure are definite, the wiring connection as shown in the above figure can be implemented, which can enable the pump to clockwise rotate.
If the phase sequence of three-phase power supply in the electric cabinet is indefinite, it should correct the power wire of the pump to the three-phase power supply prior to the installation of the pump, with the connection of flexible cord with the PE ground protective wire, and check whether the pump is in normal operation or not by means of trial run.
During the test, correct rotation direction should accord with rotation mark, if the rotation direction is not correct, change connection position of any two phrases among three phrases, then it can rotate positively.
Trial operation will last about five seconds, and be implemented under conditions lack of water, with keeping time spent to the minimum, so as not to damage the mechanical seal of the pump.
