Daily Maintenance of the blower:
| 1 | Safety operation and service life of blower depend on correct and regular maintenance. Besides the general maintenance rules, the following points should be focused: |
| 2 | Fastening situation of all parts and whether the guide pin is loosing should be checked regularly. |
| 3 | Check whether there is water or oil leakage in the blower body. |
| 4 | No fouling, exfoliation and rusting should exist in the blower body. |
| 5 | Pay attention whether lubrication and cooling are normal. Pay attention to lubricating oil quality, regularly listen whether there is any abnormal noise during blower operation, and pay attention whether blower unit is operated under irregularity operation condition. |
| 6 | Regularly check belt tension and adjust in time. |
| 7 | Overload of blower is not shown at once sometimes, thus increase tendencies of air inlet/outlet pressure, bearing temperature and motor current should be paid attention to for judging whether blower is running normally or not. |
| 8 | Before disassembly of blower, all matching dimensions of the machine should be measured, recorded, and marked on parts and components, for guarantee that original matching requirements can be maintained after reassembly. The clearances between impellers, the impeller and the body of all GRB types are shown in the following table: |
| 9 | New blower or overhauled blower should be cleaned, and put into operation according to use steps. Replace the oil in the oil box after the new blower run within 8 hours or 20 day, and run 1080~1440 completely hours or 2 months normally. |
