Waste Water Treatment System Submersible Jet Aerators High Efficiency
Before starting euqipment:
1. Lifting and hanging the motor with the motor cable is prohibited during the transport and installation processes.
2. The aerator submerged in the water for a long time shall not be idle after its installation, and it shall be operated for at least 2 hours to check its function and adaptability; it shall be lifted out of water and be stored in dry places if it keeps idle for a long time.
3. The submersible motor shall be put into water, operating the motor out of water is prohibited so as to prevent the motor from being burned due to its poor cooling.
4. Submerging the cable socket is prohibited to prevent water from entering into the motor through the cable core, which will lead to reduced insulation or internal short circuit.
5. Operation waterless is prohibited to prevent mechanical sealing from being damaged.
6. There shall be no long fiber or plastic bags in the liquid so as to prevent water room from being blocked which lead to the performance loss of the aerator.
