Construction:

Calibration of belt pulley and adjustment of belt tension:

• Calibration of belt pulley:

Before operation, check whether the outer edges of blower pulley and motor pulley are aligned and in the same vertical plane; if not, they should be calibrated to the same plane. Calibration method is as follows:

Loosen the fixing screw of motor pulley, use metal rule to approach two pulleys, adjust outside edges of two pulleys into the same vertical plane, and fasten fixing screw of motor belt pulley (see the following Fig.).

• Adjustment of belt tension:

As shown in above Fig.: After stoppage, a tensiometer should be used to measure the belt displacement (the pull-down gravity of tensiometer is 3.5~5kg). When the displacement &=0.016L, the belt tension is in state of required service ; in case of more or less displacement, the displacement should be adjusted to required value.
